The Kirsi farm is a home to a busy and proud family who is always kindly open to all guests of Setomaa.

The menu of Café Kirsi is inspired by the secret recipes of Kaidi’s, the matron’s grandmother.
That is why the menu is full of the absolute favorites of the seto kitchen: groat porridge with smoked meat sauce, two-hand sandwich with Kirsi farm’s smoked meat, lamb shashlik, mouth-watering homemade pressed cheese which received the title of “people’s favorite” during Seto Kingdom Day in 2017, curd pie with fresh berries, dessert with cookies and cacao and lots of other delicacies. Moreover, the Kirsi farm has received the title of “people’s favorite beer maker”, so of course we offer guests a wide variety of homemade beers and the legendary beer in a keg.

For those who are interested, the family is ready to talk about how the farm has been restored and how the family even got here in the first place.

The musical interludes are presented by the local accordion players, the hostess personally and maybe also some fun musicians from among our visitors. If you are lucky enough, you may be able to join our dance workshop. Girls aged 6-14 can try what it feels like to be in seto folk costumes. Children have the opportunity to try block printing and decorate a shirt or a bag as a souvenir.

On Saturday night 4 p.m.– 8 p.m. guests are welcomed to try Kirsi farm’s smoke sauna or enjoy our barrel sauna. In the backyard we have a pond with a little sandy beach for a quick fresh swim.

You cannot get bored at Kirsi farm! We are impatiently waiting for your visit!
