Café Ostrova is located on the large slope of the Ostrova valley, and the Estonian name of the café - Ostrovaoro Pervepäälne – refers to the fact that it is located on the slope of the Ostrova valley. The village is known for its annual music festival, and therefore there will also be music on the pop-up café day. You are welcome to dance along! For kids, we have set up a large tent full of activities for the whole day. There is also a large village swing and a photo exposition about the history and present day of the Ostrova village.

On the menu you can find delicious meat dishes, curd cheese dishes and other exciting food choices, like flatbread with a filling or a burger with goat cheese. For dessert, we serve panna cotta and crème brulee with the locally grown black currants. There is a special menu for kids, and a lot more. Just come and see.

In addition to the love for music, the villagers of Ostrova have given their heart to berry cultivation. The family grows blueberries, raspberries, black currants and black chokeberries. You can find a large array of local produce from the café shop, such as natural handicraft sodas, juices, jellies, berries, granola etc – all produce is organic and healthy.

Aime and Neeme, the hosts of Café Ostrova are eager to welcome you in their café!

Open on Saturday 12 p.m. – 8 p.m.
