This year marks the farm's 10th anniversary, and visitors are warmly invited to enjoy Seto flavours inspired by grandmother's recipes, hear the story of the farm, and experience its welcoming countryside atmosphere.

Kirsi Farm, located on the edge of Meremäe village, is taking part in Seto Kostipäiv for the eighth time. This year, the farm is also celebrating its 10th anniversary, and we have plenty of surprises in store for all our visitors.
The hostess will share her story of how the farm was created and restored, and what the journey back to her roots has been like. Visitors can take a peek inside the guest accommodation, enjoy the sound of the garmon and explore the handicraft exhibition displayed on the wall of the party barn.
Our food is inspired by recipes preserved by the hostess’s grandmother. And of course, as onion is this year’s star ingredient, the menu also includes onion pies, traditional thick Seto porridge, shashlik prepared on a clay grill, a hearty broth for soup lovers and plenty of sweet cakes. Alongside the food, we also serve local alcoholic beverages, mocktails, cocktails and sparkling drinks.
For those looking to cool down, there is a small pond behind the sauna, while the spacious backyard is full of cosy spots for relaxing, playing, eating and strolling around.
A playground is open for children.
12:00 – Children are invited to have fun with Lotte.
15:00 – Leelokandjad take to the stage in the party barn for an hour of singing, dancing and fun together.
17:00–21:00 – The smoke sauna and hot tub are open to visitors, for as long as the heat and steam last.
21:00 – It is time for some serious dancing and celebration as the Kostipäiv afterparty and Kirsi Talo anniversary concert begin. Dance band Village Voices will keep the party going until midnight.
You are all very welcome to enjoy a wonderful day in Setomaa and at Kirsi Talo.
